Our firm was founded in the city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, one of the largest cities in India with a robust infrastructure and an abundance of talent. To set Elevation employees up for success, Elevation provides two to four weeks of targeted, high-level training on the user firms’ specific policies and procedures before beginning work with their new user firms. Many firms ask themselves how they will get their current employees and clients to buy-in to the idea of using an integrated outsourced solution. The Elevation team is ready to help you navigate those questions as its founders have successfully navigated those same questions in their own U.S. public accounting practice. Elevation provides the user firm a playbook on how to effectively understand cultural and time zone differences and communicate the Elevation value proposition to user firm’s clients and staff.
Elevation provides this service for a bundled fee that takes care of all the costs related to salary, office space, physical security, HR, benefits, and necessary hardware and equipment.

Managing Director
Chandra has been the Managing Director of Elevation since its inception. As the Managing Director, Chandra is responsible for overseeing operations of the Elevation team in Chennai, including the onboarding and support of user firms. Prior to leading Elevation, Chandra worked as a Tax Supervisor at Aycock & Company for over four years, prior to that she worked in other public accounting firms in leadership roles. At Aycock and Company, Chandra led a team serving client needs. Chandra also served as Aycock & Company’s champion for its outsourcing group in India. Chandra was born and raised in India and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Political Science from St. Xaviers College in Kolkata. After moving to the U.S, she earned a second degree in Business Administration from Houston Christian University in Texas. She resides in Houston with her husband and two children. In her free time, she loves to travel and explore new places.
